TALLYMATICS’ parent company Tallysman acquired by Calian Group

“Effective 1 September 2020, Tallysman Wireless Inc., the parent company of Tallymatics Inc has been acquired by Calian Group Ltd, a publicly owned Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock exchange (CGY). Calian is a highly successful company with operations in Health Care and Advanced Technology Solutions, including satellite antennas and satellite ground Systems, and we are pleased and honoured to join the growing family of Calian Companies.
Tallysman and Tallymatics bring to Calian, a strong brand in precision Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), IoT and Tracking products. It is our joint intent to continue Tallysman’s strong financial performance under the Calian Umbrella through new markets, expanding market access and strong product additions, alongside our existing distribution partners.
Tallymatics will continue to operate in the future, as we have in the past, with no changes in product availability, fulfilment, support, management, or engineering services. We are proud to serve our customers, and we will be there to support our business with them, unchanged from the past.”
